3/18 - Paper Products Recycling Education at Ma'ili Elementary by Honolulu Recovery Systems

Pleased to share that yesterday (3/18) the wonderful folks, Mr. Craig Matuso & Mr. Mike, from Honolulu Disposal Service/Honolulu Recovery Service came to share education with the Girl Scouts in the After School Hours Program at Ma'ili Elementary! Craig and Mike taught the girls about how important recyling paper products is for the environment - especially impacting the Polar Bears! Girls learned what paper goods are recyclable and what are not. Girls will be putting together their own education & leadership piece and will share with their classmates/admin/student councils in April as they launch their own "green my classroom" project.
